All orders are subject to inventory availability which Gold Medal will confirm after offer is received. Not all items on the website are "at once" items. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are not guaranteed on the desired date selected in your order. All finalized orders must have a start ship date for at least one day after the order date. Any order with an "at once" ship date that is placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any change of delivery address immediately. Each monitor and device may display the colors slightly differently. Gold Medal is not obligated to ship specific color shades. If necessary, customers can request samples and case breakdown from their salesmen to confirm exact colors and packaging. Gold Medal will not accept any returns or issue any refunds due to color shade, styles and/or case assortment issues.

You warrant the information provided on your order to be true. You grant GMI permission to investigate applicable credit references, including bank, commercial and consumer credit checks, if necessary. You understand that credit information regarding your account may be provided to credit reporting agencies or upon our request as a reference. You agree that GMI's Terms and Conditions of Sale applies for all sales of goods by Gold Medal International.

You understand that your opening order will be prepaid before receiving the goods. Established businesses may apply for credit by completing our credit application or by submitting a copy of an existing credit reference sheet. Upon approval, terms are Net 30 days. Accounts with a past due invoice will not be shipped and shall bear interest at the lesser of 18% or the maximum allowed by law for any past due balance.
